All the white grapes of Priorat seem to be present in this blend, even if Grenache Blanc and Macabeu are the most prominent.
The others come from a small vineyard nearby.
This is one of the owner's favorite wines, and it has already been awarded the tile of "Best Spanish White".

Barrel fermented (at 16°-18°C) and aged for 6 months in French oak barrels.

Trial analysis
The discreet aromas get much more obvious with air - Mediterranean spices, quince, peach and citrus.
Nice structure on the palate, balsamic notes, a creamy touch.
This deep wine is full of character and will be a perfect match for white meat, hard and fermented cheeses.
