Acústic is the name of the bodega as well as its basic wine. Albert wants his his to mirror the authenticity of the region, the nature and the soil, "unplugged", or "acoustic". Hence the choice of a biodynamic viticulture and winemaking (but without getting lost in it). The wines have often been praised by the wine critics.

Since 2015, Mas Vilella has been in the hands of Albert Jané. Since then, he has been producing there his exceptional Autócton cuvées, red and white, from old Catalan grapes. But as a tribute to his deceased father, Albert keeps on producing the Mas Vilella red from the Cabernet Sauvignon vines planted around the masia. According to us, it is still one of Spain's best Cabernet Sauvignon. Since 2018, Albert has also produced the Mas Vilella Blancà, from Malvasia de Sitges - already on par with the red.

This wine is a blend of bush vine Grenache, planted in the 60's and 70's, and other varieties planted in the 80's, in double Guyot. As the vineyard is facing South-West, the grapes get a maximum of sunshine and an optimal ripeness every year. Maceration and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 28°C during 25 days. As it is the case for most new style Priorat wines, Dirk uses a base of Grenache-Carignan (minimum 50%), blended with other grapes, mainly from younger vines. Even though it has a Mediterranean touch to it, this wine is very fresh, maybe thanks to the Cabernet Franc, which is quite rare in this zone. The time of ageing in wood is reduced, so as to limit the oaky notes - and it is a success. An outstanding price-quality relation. The name Nunci comme from the fact that Dirk bought his vineyards from the village's cryer - the Nunci.
Plaer means pleasure in Catalan. It is the latest development at Albert Jané's little project in Priorat. This wine expresses perfectly the house style: it is seductive, but solid, with elegant and velvety tannins, and a powerful finish. It is made with the grapes of old, organic vines. This project shares the same philosophy as in Acústic Celler, Albert Jané's famous estate in Montsant.
Syrah (100%)
Since 2016, Victoria Ordóñez has also been making red wine under the Sierras de Málaga DO. If she is still the "queen" of PX and Moscatel in Málaga, these reds surely deserve to appear on your table. The grapes come from high altitude vineyards surrounding the city of Málaga.
