This wine was born by accident, when Dirk discovered that he could make a perfect aperitif. Nunci mean 'village crier" - it was the function of the man from whom Dirk bought the estate.
Vinification
Stainless steel tanks. Skin contact maceration (24 hours) and fermentation at controlled temperature (16 to 18°C).
Then 8 months of ageing on lees.
Yield: 20hl/ha.

Explosive nose of Moscatel mingled with mediterranean herbs.
Very fruity but also fresh and meaty on the palate, with a pronounced minerality.
