The entry-level white 2022 Delmoro Blanco was produced with Merseguera from certified organic grapes in Utiel. It fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel and 20% in concrete tanks. It's low in alcohol, only 11%, clean, floral, with some balsamic notes, elegant and very pleasant. 20,000 bottles produced. It was bottled unoaked in March 2023.

A new line at Jané Ventura's estate. Until now, there were ont two whites in the range, an entry-level wine and a top wine. After a long period of experimentation, a new trio of wines was introduced, the Selecció (in white, red and rosé). These three wines are made with the grapes of 15 different vineyards planted with old vines.
