Dits del Terra comes from 100 year-old carignan vines oriented to the South, very different from those at Arbossar, on the Northern side. Biodynamic and non-interventionist.
The bunches are not de-stemmed and so they are vinified whole. Then they are left to macerate slowly, without adding any enzymes or yeasts. No pumping over and no treading during fermentation.
This is the only way to obtain such a refined Priorat wine.

Trial analysis
Powerful, solar (the mark of the Southern exposition) yet fresh and mineral on the palate. Marked but noble tannins which get better integrated in the fabric of the wine as time goes by.
