One of the smallest estates in Priorat. Ester Nin is the oenologist of Clos Erasmus. She founded her own estate with husband Carles.They make very elegant and pure Priorat wines, with a minimum of sulphur.

Safrà is the 3rd wine in the red "amfora" line of Celler del Roure. It is the freshest of the three, thanks to the Mando grape, and also the Arcos, which is gaining weight in the blend every year. A wine of character.

La Planella is a 4ha vineyard whose grapes have been vinified separately for some years now. Although its name is evocative of a plain, it is a vineyard of terraces.
Morenillo (100%)
Templari, or templars were Christian knights (see label). The first vintage of this wine, which represents the revival of the morenillo grape, was put on the market in 2004. Now Morenillo is replanted in the region, also by other producers.

Bellmunt Blanc & Negre are the first "village wines" of Mas d'en Gil. The idea is to offer entry-level Priorat wines at a very good price-quality relation, but which are true to their terroir.
Arcos (70%), Mando (30%)
Parotet was a landmark in the history of Celler del Roure. Some years ago, they began restoring 400 year-old amphoras that they has discovered in an underground cellar, and started to use them for test winemaking , first in white then in red - Parotet was the first red wine to be made in amphoras.
Sumoll (100%)

Gerard Jané was instrumental in the revival of one of the most typical grapes of Penedès: Sumoll. For a long time, yet, this variety was not on the DO's grape list. Fortunately, this changed 10 years ago and now the DO favours the development of the local varietals.
Callet
In Mallorca, a Sotil is what stands between two floors in a building. The beginning and the end. the cosmos, the heaven. The label is an evocation of the perfection of a circle, the return of the seasons, so important in wine.
Arcos (100%)
Javi Revert is particularly proud of the Simeta cuvée. It is his flagship wine in red. This wine is made on a small parcel of Arcos grape - a varietal he has saved. This vine was planted in the 1970's on the flanks of the the Penya Foradà, at Tossa de l'Agel (650m above sea-level), on sandy soils. This is Javi's most Mediterranean wine, taking advantage of the warmth of long summer days which suits this variety. Only 1007 bottles of this wine were produced.
Cariñena (100%)
The Arbossar cuvée is a 100% Carignan from sheer slopes between 300 and 350 m high, facing North. The result is quite exceptional.
Belat (100%)

This is a very peculiar project of the Albet i Noya family. The first vintage was 2007. The production is very limited (600 bottles). The wine is made with old varieties, virtually forgotten. The name, Belat, is the anagram of Albet. One of Catalogne's most interesting grape-revival projet
Dits del Terra comes from 100 year-old carignan vines oriented to the South, very different from those at Arbossar, on the Northern side. Biodynamic and non-interventionist. The bunches are not de-stemmed and so they are vinified whole. Then they are left to macerate slowly, without adding any enzymes or yeasts. No pumping over and no treading during fermentation. This is the only way to obtain such a refined Priorat wine.

A Grand Cru-style wine, 100% Grenache. Exceptional on all accounts, it comes from a 850 metre-high vine located above Scala Dei. It is one of the rare spots where there is no llicorella (the local slate, but a limestone-based rocky soil. And this is also one of the Priorat's greatest wines.
2008
Les Tosses is a spectacular high-altitude vineyard, whose soils are composed of the local slate, named Llicorella. the Carignan vines are 100 year-old. It is thus the quintessential Carignan wine of the Priorat. Very small yield.
2013
Spains first "Grand Cru Classé". Mas de la Rosa is one of the most impressive vineyard of the region, with very sheer slopes (70%) on slate soils. Another impressive element is the fact that the vines are almost 100 years old, and only Carignan.
