2020
A classic in the Augustus range, the Cabernet-Sauvignon reaches new height each year. This "Mediterranean Bordeaux" is made with older vines yielding a much more 'serious' wine than 20 years ago.
Cabernet Franc (100%)
One of the few 100% Cabernet Franc wines in the Iberian Peninsula. It was first planted here as a blending variety. Some years ago, it was decided to vinify it on its own. It was a great success. Limited production (5,300 bottles).
2023
One of Spain's best rosés, made from a solid Cabernet Sauvignon. 27;000 bottles.
Chardonnay (100%)
37,5 cl.
The Augustus Chardonnay is one of the best examples of this grape made in Spain. And the pride of the house! The barrel ageing has been reduced over the years. As the barrels are heavily toasted, one can find aromas of toasted bread, but no woody notes, which allows the wine to better show the quality of its fruit. This is the 20th vintage of this wine. Production: 20,000 bottles
2021
Cabernet Sauvignon, Garnatxa, Merlot
2022
Bush vine Grenache planted in the 60's and 70's, the other varieties being planted in the 80's, in Guyot Double. The real harvest takes place between the end of September and the beginning of November! Average production: 36,000 bottles.
Albariño, Chardonnay, Macabeu

Garnacha (100%)
What a lovely project! In collaboration with the cooperative of the small village of Calsado de los Vidrios, the "Grenache warriors" of Comando G have revived old Grenache vines and make wine in the old tradition of the area - the clarete (between red and rosé). This is an easy-to-drink wine, which can be drunk chilled.
Tinta de Toro (100%)
50 cl.
Even though this is the estate's entry level wine, this cuvée is the pride of Viñas Elias Mora. It brought them their fame. Charm and exuberance.
Tintorera (70%), Moravia Agria (30%)
Envínate operates in several regions of Spain. The red thread being the elegance and the Atlantic character of their wines. Cet Albahra ("small lake") is the most Mediterranean of their range, but still shows some elegance. It is made with 70% Tintorera from Almnasa (a 3 ha vine on limestone-clay) and 30% Moravia Agria, a very rare grape from Manchuela, on sandy soils (only 50 ha are left in the whole of Spain).
Tinto Fino (90%), Cabernet Sauvignon (10%)
2008 was the first vintage of this wine. The Pruno is a Crianza made from vines between 10 to 20 years old.
Albariño (100%)
Rodri Méndez is one of the best producers of Albariño wines in Galicia. Leirana is his entry level wine, but also the perfect illustration of his style: non frills, crisp, and sharp. Rodri mainly works with older vines, and those are put into good use, in this wine as well as in his top range (the Goliardo line).
Macabeu (100%)
A Macabeu-based project. The grapes come from two parcels of one hectare each; one planted in 1969, the other in 1998. All vines are farmed bio-dynamically.
Macabeu (40%), Xarel.lo (40%), Chardonnay (15%), Parellada (5%)
This Reserva Brut is made with a selection of grapes coming from 12 different blocks of vines, all harvested by hand.
This Cava producer harvests his grapes just before they are fully ripe, oxidation of the most or juice being Cava's biggest enemy. This means his wines are low in alcohol. This Chardonnay from the oldest and highest vines of Mas Escorpí and El Serralet high is full of freshness.
Moscatel de Frontignac (35%), Sauvignon blanc (35%), Gewürztraminer (15%), Moscatel de Alejandria (15%)
Gessami means jasmin in catalan. This Cava producer harvests its grapes just before the full ripeness, the Cava's biggest enemy being oxydation. As a result, the wine are quite low in alcohol.
Palomino (100%)
A traditional Oloroso. "Oloroso" (from the Spanish Olor, odour, aroma) refers to a type of Sherry that is very fragrant and well matured.
The word 'amontillado' refers to the colour of the wines produced in Montilla, near Cordoba (the cradle of the oxidative PX). This wine begins its ageing under the 'flor" (a veil of yeasts) then finishes it in the oxidative mode. Hence its distinctive color And this is undoubtedly a traditional Amontillado.
Fino is the aperitif sherry par excellence. It has some of the character of Manzanilla, due to the estate's position along the banks of the Guadelete. For geographical reasons, however, the term Manzanilla cannot be used.
