Serve at 18°C in a large glass, after decanting during the fist two years after bottling.
Trial analysis
Deep cherry red colour with violet reflections. Nice tears on the glass.
Red and black berries, a hint of vanilla and some pepper too.
A fleshy, juicy kind of wine, easy to drink but with a good structure.
