The Augustus Chardonnay is one of the best examples of this grape made in Spain. And the pride of the house!
The barrel ageing has been reduced over the years.
As the barrels are heavily toasted, one can find aromas of toasted bread, but no woody notes, which allows the wine to better show the quality of its fruit. This is the 20th vintage of this wine.
