This blend illustrate perfectly the new path chosen by the Anguera brothers: elegant, our and terroir-oriented wines. The Maiols is the only of their wines with only grapes from young vines.
Vinification
Non-interventionist winemaking. Biodynamic estate. Indigenous yeast only. Most of the grapes are whole-macerated and fermented, without de-stemming. Ageing in French oak barrels (never new).

Trial analysis
The light colour of a new generation Grenache. Seductive floral fragrances (the roses that gave the name to the wine?) intermingle with red fruit.
Well balanced, fluid and juicy on the palate, thanks to a nice crisp acidity. Long finish.
