Giné Giné was the first wine produced par the Buil-Giné duo.
Both are looking for the best expression of their terroir through two local varietals, Grenache and Carignan. And they have found it, what's more, without over-extraction nor barrel ageing!

Trial analysis
The deep red colour of a young wine, similar to a Burgundy.
Pure aromas of cherries on the palate, with hints of Carignan in the background. Once some air has been given, a strong minerality comes up - when fruit meets slate.
On the palate, an interesting match between the soft and round Grenache and the austere Carignan.
An authentic Priorat.
