The word 'amontillado' refers to the colour of the wines produced in Montilla, near Cordoba (the cradle of the oxidative PX). This wine begins its ageing under the 'flor" (a veil of yeasts) then finishes it in the oxidative mode. Hence its distinctive color And this is undoubtedly a traditional Amontillado.

The Viñas Viejas is a selection of the better (organic) vineyards of the village of "La Aguilera". Vineyards with an average age of 60 years are used for this wine, coming from the 2 terroirs : sandy cobblestone soils and limestone-clay soils. Being a field blend, the coupage consists of 98% Tempranillo and 2% Albillo. Moreover, a top price/quality !

This is the entry-level wine of the estate. The grapes come from 30+ year-old vines, framed organically, and located in La Aguilera, one of Ribera's most famous villages. A nice and elegant Ribera del Duero.

Launched in 2010, this is the entry-level wine of Pérez Pascuas, a wine that combines fruit and spices. Gavial is the feather used by the writers. A symbol of the authencity of this wine, faithful to its terroir.
A perfect union between the classic Ribera style and the meatier, fruitier, riper black berries of the new style. A typical Crianza wine.

This single parcel wine is made only in the best years and bears the name of the bodega's founder, Mauro - it was originally his personal wine. In the best vintages, this cuvée can compete with Vega Sicilia's Unico.

A milestone in the quality policy of the estate, this cuvée is only made in the best vintages - in the others, the grapes of the Pérez Pascuas Selection and the Gran Reserva are also used in this Reserva.

Reserva de la Música is the successor to the Reserva Brut. A long ageing in bottle has given this Cava more body and complexity. The disgorgment date is mentioned on the back-label.
Syrah (53%), Cariñena (35%), Sumoll (12%)
The vineyards are located at La Joncosa del Montmell, at an altitude of 400 metres, on limestone sols.
