Tinta de Toro (100%)
Elias Mora is the man who planted the vines on this estate, and sold them to Viki Benavides in 1998.
Even though this is the estate's entry level wine, this cuvée is the pride of Viñas Elias Mora. It brought them their fame. Charm and exuberance.

Xarel.lo (100%)
Enric Soler is the king of Xarello. For more than 10 years, he has been making his wonderful NUN from the grapes he inherited from his grandfather. In 2011, he had the opportunity to buy one hectare of stony land, a vineyard called Espenyalluchs, where he planted... xarello, of course. This cuvée allows the wine lover to realise the potential of this grape, even in young vines. Biodynamic farming.
The estate is very small, as its production. Nun is the Egyptian word for "Source of everything". Improvisació is the latest wine in the range.

Táganan is a village on the North-Western side of the Teide, on the island of Tenerife. The vines are quite close to the coast. This cuvée blends different terroirs from Tacoronte.
Listán Negro (100%)
La Santa de Ursula is the latest red addition from the top winery Envinate. For me personally, also the most beautiful. Sourced from two different plots in the Tacoronte region. A fine blend primarily of Listan with Negramoll. The most Burgundian of the red wines!
