Graciano (100%)
75 cl.
2018
Ulterior is a project that saw the light in 2007. Planting was done in el Romeral, in the center of La Mancha (Tomelloso). At the base was Elias López-Montero, according to Decanter one of Spain's most promising oenologists. With great respect for his terroir and his history, Elias manages to make beautiful wines that underscore the authenticity of his region. This Graciano is yet another highly original example.
Airén (100%)
2022
Las Tinadas is definitely the best Airén on the market ! In Finca Romeral, this is one of the last parcelas with vieilles vignes Pie Franco (i.e. planted without the normally obligatory American rootstock that protects against phylloxera). Single Vineyard planted in 1950.
Tinto Velasco (100%)

Cabernet Sauvignon (60%), Syrah (20%), Tempranillo (20%)
Since 2016, Victoria Ordóñez has also been making red wine under the Sierras de Málaga DO. If she is still the "queen" of PX and Moscatel in Málaga, these reds surely deserve to appear on your table. The grapes come from high altitude vineyards surrounding the city of Málaga.
Syrah (100%)
2020
Pedro Ximénez
Voladeros is the first Mountain Wine produced in Málaga since the 19th century, when this type of wine from PX grapes made in the hills surrounding the city of Málaga were amongst the most sought-after in Europe. With a lot of patience, Victoria looked for the old parcels where the PX still grows so as to save them. And not only did she make it, but she also made a great wine with them.

Moscatel
With this magnificent project, Victoria wants to revive the grand tradition of Moscatels from the Axarquía - the hilly region east of Málaga city. The 90-year-old vines used for this cuvée are located at some 800m above sea level. Less than 2,000 bottles produced.
Listán blanco (100%)
Marmajuelo (100%)
Marmajuelo is one of Tenerife's most unsung varietals. This cuvée - a 100% Marmajuelo- is one of the fruitiest wines of this island. The grapes come from Finca Los Parrales, in Garachico, at 160 m above sea-level, and Finca Mazapé, on a 160m-cliff overlooking the Ocean, in San Juan de la Rambla. These two parcels lay in the North-West of Tenerife, on young, mineral-rich volcanic soils with a good drainage.
Baboso tinto, Negramoll, Tintilla, Vijariego Tinto
Jesús Méndez revives old ungrafted varieties from the volcanic terroirs of the Canary Islands - vines that were slowly disappearing. Only 2,000 bottles of this blend of 3 red grapes are produced.
Gual (100%)
With this project, Jesús Méndez wants to revive the old disappearing Canarian grapes. All his wines are produced in very limited quantities.
Gual, Listán blanco, Malvasia, Marmajuelo, Vijariego blanco
Jesús Méndez revives the old ungrafted vines of the volcanic terroirs of the Canary islands, often long forgotten. This cuvée blends 4 white varietals and its production is only 800 bottles.
Cabernet Sauvignon (60%), Garnatxa (40%)
Mediterranean red wine, firm, yet with supple tannins and a nice saltiness, unique due to its lumaquel.la terroir.
Garnacha (100%)
Daniel Landi is one of the most talked-about young winemakers in Spain. He has set Sierra de Gredos back on the wine map of Spain. This Uvas de la Ira blend (Spanish for Grapes of Wrath, like the John Steinbeck novel) is his entry level wine. But what an entry level wine! It is made with old grenaches from different part of the Sierra, mainly on slate (pizarra).
Pedro Ximénez (100%)
2023
Exceptional in every sense of the word. No other estate makes this type of wine: a dry late harvest Pedro Ximenez with only 12,5° alcohol.
50 cl.
This exceptional sherry-blend contains a 1918 Solera PX and a 1964 PX Oloroso!
This is a unique wine, a real discovery, the fruit of the experiments of a family estate that never ceases to surprise us. It is made from Pedro Ximénez grapes.
