Jesús Méndez revives the old ungrafted vines of the volcanic terroirs of the Canary islands, often long forgotten.
This cuvée blends 4 white varietals and its production is only 800 bottles.

Trial analysis
Deep, shimmering golden colour/
Very expressive on the nose (nuts, toast, then citrus), and mineral too. Confirmation on the palate, which seems creamy and ripe at first, then you receive a uppercut of freshness.
A stunning wine from Tenerife.
