The least extreme of the Bimbaches. "A hornless wine" says Rayco (Chivo means young goat), unlike the other cuvées which show the big horns of an old he-goat.
Garnacha Blanca (30%), Maturana blanca (30%), Malvasia (20%), Viura (20%)
Limited and original project from the Anton family. Orben's wines are limited and distinct in the range anyway, but this Chocolate is another story in its own right. Sourced from a number of small vineyards totalling 0.8 ha at an altitude of 520 m, located between Laguardia and Villabuena de Alava. Very poor terroir with sandy soils and little water. 3 vintages are always blended into 1 wine, This nr3 is a coupage of 2020, 2021 and 2022.
Macabeu (30%), Pedro Ximénez (30%), Verdil (30%), Malvasia (10%)
Cullerot (tadpole, in the Valencian dialect) is a nickname for Valencian people - hence the image on the label. For some years now, Celler del Roure has tried to save the old local varietals. They are still using the "old winemaking system", in the big earthenware amphoras (tinajas) they have kept on this ancient estate. 2010 was the first vintage of this cuvée. Production is around 24,000 bottles.
1998 was the first vintage of this white wine, named after the heights on which the vines stand: Els Camps.
Merseguera (65%), Viognier (24%), Malvasia (11%)
After the resurrection of the Bobal grape, Toni set himself to another task: the rehabilitation of Merseguera. This typical grape of the Alto Turia, near Valencia, had all but disappeared - only a few plonk wines of it still remained. This project started more than 10 years ago, on a slope vineyard at some 900 m above sea level, when Bobal grapes never seemed to ripen. Toni decided to replace them with Merceguera plants, and started some micro-vinifications. In 2011, he launched his first Merseguera wine, in small quantities. To give it more aromas and punch, he adds some Malvasia and Viognier to the blend.
Malvasia, Merseguera, Tortosí, Trepadell, Verdil
This is Javi's first white wine, made from typical Valencian and Méditerranean varietals. These grapes come from the slopes of the Penya Foradà, in Font de la Figuera. The Pla del Micalet (or Michael's plain, Micheal being the patron saint of Valence), is located at 730 metres above the sea level. Only 2000 bottles!
Mencia (94%), Alicante Bouchet (1%), Gran Negro (1%), Malvasia (1%), Negreda (1%), Palomino (1%), Valenciana (1%)

Fernando has always had a majority of white grapes in his vineyards. Along the years, the quality of his white wines has regularly improved. And now his blanco is at the top of Rioja's whites. Since 2011, he has also been producing a white reserva. Both cuvées are on par with the best white Burgundies. The grapes come from a 600 m high vineyard in San Vincente de la Sonsierra, on clay and limestone soils.
