Carinyena blanca (100%)
75 cl.
2022
The first vintage of this wine was 2014. It marked the rehabilitation of the long forgotten Carignan Blanc.
Cariñena (60%), Garnatxa (40%)
2021
Planetes Classic is the estate's second wine - it has been made for some years now. Production: 10,000 bottles.
Xarel.lo (100%)
The estate is very small, as its production. Nun is the Egyptian word for "Source of everything". Improvisació is the latest wine in the range.
Mencia (85%), Doña Blanca (8%), Palomino (7%)
2020
The cuvée was the first to be produced by Verónica in El Bierzo, in 2010. It comes from two parcels (El Couso and La Rata) located in Valtuille de Abajo, on poor sandy soils with quartz debris. The vines are 80 years old. This blend made from the best terroirs of Valtuille can bear the "vino de Pueblo" mention. This was has not a big extract, but it is typical of the Mencía grape.
Garnacha, Tempranillo, Viognier
150 cl. (Magnum)
2023
2021 was the first vintage of this wine made by one of Rueda's top estates. This Victoria cuvée is Ignacio's and Martina's tribute to their mother Victoria Pariente, who founded this bodega. This wine is made with organic grapes of two red varietals (tempranillo and grenache) and one white varietal, viognier, which is more surprising for a rosé.
Tempranillo (100%)
This cuvée only uses the best grapes from the oldest vines. Its precise origin can thus vary from one year to another according to the ripeness and quality of the grapes.
Mencia (79%), Godello (9%), Doña Blanca (7%), Palomino (5%)
The Cobrana cuvée does not come from Valtuille, like the other wines of the estate, but from 6 parcels around the village of Cobrana, at some 700 metres above sea level. It is a field blend, with some 25% of white grapes - red and white grapes are pressed together. The soils are not sandy like in Valtuille, but made of slate and clay. Whereas the Valtuille wines show a distinctive Rhône-profile, the Cobrana is more similar to a Burgundy wine.

Diégo, Listán blanco, Listán Negro, Malvasía Volcánica
The freakiest of all the Rofe cuvées. A field blend with red and white grapes. Hence its colour, habitually like a clarete, but a little lighter this year, so it qualifies for a white. A wild wine!
Malvasía Volcánica (100%)
Something else! May be because it is a 100% Malvasia Volcanica, but also because the vines grow in sandy soils very near to the ocean, in the area of Tilama (hence its name). The saltiest of all the Puro Tofe cuvées.
Listán blanco (60%), Malvasía Volcánica (35%), Diégo (5%)
Masdache is a village in La Geria region, on the Island of Lanzarote. This cuvée is a field-blend from 100-year-old vines. One of the "wildest" wines made by Puro Rofe.
Diégo, Listán blanco, Malvasía Volcánica
Juan Bello is Puro Rofe 'first growth". This parcel lies on a volcano, in Masdache. The vineyard is impressive - the 100-year-old vines survive in small craters or hoyos.
Garnatxa blanca, Malvasia, Tempranillo Blanco, Torrontés, Viura
50 year old vines. 2,500 bottles. This is Abel Mendoza's top white wine. A perfect blend of 5 different varietals; Viura (aka Macabeu), Malvoisie, White Tempranillo, Torrontés et White Grenache.
Tempranillo (97%), Graciano (3%)
50 cl.
2015
This Reserva seems like a Gran Reserva. The Roda I is a selection of grapes from vines which are at least 30 years old.
Cabernet Sauvignon (55%), Merlot (30%), Syrah (10%), Tempranillo (5%)
2017
In 1994, after 15 years of work on mono-varietal wines, Albet i Noia launched this first blend, made out of 25 year-old vines (and more).
Tinta de Toro (100%)
37,5 cl.
2018
This wine bears the name of a village along the Duero. Pintia is the latest addition to the Vega Sicilia dynasty (its first vintage was 2001). The winemaking is led from beginning to end by the Vega Sicilia team.
In the best vintages, Viki Benavides makes an exceptional wine, the Gran Elias Mora. The grapes come from a 70 year old vine in San Roman de Hornija called "La Senda de los Lobos" (the wolves' path).
Palomino
2019
The Lumière cuvée is made with the grapes of the estate’s best terroirs (La Platera, in Pago de Miraflores) and the oldest Palomino vines (60 years old). Here can one really get to feel all the complexity and minerality of Palomino. How come we had to wait for so long before we realised that this grape which produces magnificent sherry can also offer white, non-fortified wines with such a nice saltiness?
Baboso blanco, Forastera blanca, Gual, Listán blanco, Vijariego blanco
Grand Cruz del Calvario is Bimbache's most extreme vineyard, on the North Coast of El Hierro, where the Atlantic influence is the most obvious. The wines coming from this windy and humid area is naturally low in alcohol but has a high acidity. What a structure!
