This cuvée comes mainly from old vines of Grenache and Carignan.

Vinification
Aged for 10 months in French oak barrels (10% new, 90% 2nd year).
10% of the blend goes into 3,000 litre vats.

To serve
Serve at cellar temperature, in a large glass, preferably after decanting, at least during the 5 first years.
Trial analysis
Deep red colour. Complex aromatic pallet of Mediterranean spices, red and black fruit (blackberries, raspberries), and a hint of vanilla, a touch of coffee and cocoa.
The fruit stays on the palate, accompanied by nice tannins and some acidity.
Very long and mineral finish.
