Trial analysis
Pale colour with green reflections.
Fresh and spicy on the nose - The Mediterranean touch. But soon the minerality comes up. Powerful and large on the palate, thanks to the lees.
A hint of lemon and saltiness. A nice expression of a limestone terroir. Fresh and dynamic on the finish.
