Tempranillo (100%)
75 cl.
2020
A Crianza-level wine, but the bodega cannot use this term (nor Reserva) because its production is too limited.
Malvasia (100%)
2023
50 year old vines. 2,500 bottles.
Viura (100%)
Viura is another name for Macabeo. Annual production of this wine: around 2,500 bottles
Garnatxa blanca (76%), Pansal (19%), Macabeu (5%)
2021
Albert Jané's dream was to produce a white wine which would equal it best red cuvée, on the same terroir: his Auditori vineyard. The dream has now come true. Made with old vine Grenache blanc, with a little Pansal and Macabeu (old vines too), it epitomises the greatness of its Montsant terroir. A powerful and very Mediterranean white, in the style of the best white Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
Garnatxa (90%), Cariñena (10%)
Braó is the essence of Monsant: a powerful, Mediterranean wine made with Grenache and Carignan, from 70 year-old vines planted on terraces and steep slopes. Organic cultivation. Like all of Albert Jané's wines, a great seducer and one of the best wines of the denomination.
Garnatxa (100%)
150 cl. (Magnum)
Garnatxa (55%), Cariñena (45%)
Acústic is the name of the bodega as well as its basic wine. Albert wants his his to mirror the authenticity of the region, the nature and the soil, "unplugged", or "acoustic". Hence the choice of a biodynamic viticulture and winemaking (but without getting lost in it). The wines have often been praised by the wine critics.

Garnatxa blanca (93%), Macabeu (5%), Garnatxa Roja (1%), Pansal (1%)
2008 was the first vintage of this wine. Part of the grapes come from the high village of Ullmolins (up to 800m), in the Monsant region. The harvest takes place in the first half of November, and the altitude bring a lot of freshness to the wines.
Chardonnay (33%), Macabeu (33%), Xarel.lo (33%)
Special version of the fantastic "Efecte". Beware! This is not a "cava". Josep-Maria Albet i Noya, during his presidency of the D.O. Penedès, created a separate appellation of origin for the sparkling wines, outside the D.O. CAVA which he felt was too much under the influence of the big mastodons; Only grapes from organic vineyards are allowed. Indeed, Josep-Maria is the pioneer of organic wines across Spain. It is therefore for more than 25 years that his bubbles were chosen by the Roca brothers of the restaurant of the same name as their house aperitif. Especially for us, we were also allowed to import this house aperitif with the label of this top restaurant (2x best restaurant in the world) in Belgium. The Roca brothers make their own coupage every year on the estate, which is then bottled with their label. Top price/quality!
Chardonnay (60%), Parellada (40%)
Probably the best Cava of this house and one of the best of Spain. Mainly Chardonnay with a little Parellada. This cuvée was first made at the turn of the 21st century, hence the name Reserva 21. Very classy!
Caladoc (55%), Merlot (40%), Tempranillo (5%)
2019
The red wine range has grown a lot with the years at Albet i Noia. La Minela, the first vintage of which was produced in 2005, pays tribute to the wife of Mr Milan, the ex-owner of the finca - Madam was the one in charge. Production: 19,000 bottles.
50 cl.
2016
Dolç Adrià is named after Josep Maria's nephew and Reserva Marti after his own eldest son.
Tempranillo (95%), Garnacha Blanca (5%)
One of their grand crus, from a vineyard in Fonzaleche, planted by Eva and her father in 1992. La Calleja is a classic in the making. Pure Tempranillo expression from authentic winemakers.
Calagraño, Garnacha Blanca, Royal de Alloza, Viura
2022
Caiño (50%), Souson (50%)
2015
On the steep banks of the Sil river are mainly Mencia vines, but one can also find some old vines of other grapes Merenzao (aka Trousseau), Caïño and Sousón. This Fincas cuvée is a singular blend of Caïño and Sousón (50/50). A wine for adventurers.
Merenzao (Bastardo) (100%)
2018
This Merenzao (also called Bastardo in other regions of Spain, and Trousseau in the Jura), has always been considered as the most refined wine of the estate. It is very original; elegant and light coloured. For those who like finesse.
Premsal (60%), Callet (40%)
Quibia means "vision". The fish hook (Anima Negra's logo) is larger on the label, because this white wine goes very well with fish.
Callet (65%), Mantonegro (20%), Syrah (15%), Fogoneu
ÀN/2 is the second wine of this estate. Like the fist one, AN, it is mainly made with indigenous Majorcan grapes. But here, 15% of Syrah bring some more structure into the wine.
Quíbia is the imaginary village of Felanitx in the writings of philosopher Llorenç Mostel. The wine has become much more serious in the last five years and is now mainly a blanc de noirs.
Tempranillo (80%), Graciano (20%)
This cuvée is a tribute to the two brothers' paternal grandfather who bought the Peñaescalera vine in Baños de Ebro. A vine with a veru low yield, located at the high end of the village, so for a while no one harvested it anymore. And as the soil was very stony, no one would have been "loco" (crazy) enough to buy it in the 50's. But the loco grandfather did it, and its 2.8 hectares now called Finca de los Locos, produced a magnificent wine. And we are all crazy about it!
