La Planella is a 4ha vineyard whose grapes have been vinified separately for some years now. Although its name is evocative of a plain, it is a vineyard of terraces.

Embruix mainly comes from young vines, planted in the 90's, with a complement of some old Grenache and Carignan. But this wine was meant to please. And it does. It is both supple and sensual, and what's more, its has a very good price quality relation. Embruix means bewitched. which is what you will be when you drink it!
Morenillo (100%)
Templari, or templars were Christian knights (see label). The first vintage of this wine, which represents the revival of the morenillo grape, was put on the market in 2004. Now Morenillo is replanted in the region, also by other producers.

Nuncito (the little Nunci) is somewhat the second wine of the estate, as it uses the grapes of the youngest vines. Hence the diminutive. Its first vintage was 2005.
Alicante Bouchet, Mencia, Merenzao (Bastardo)
This cuvée is the entry level wine of the finca, part of the "vinos elegantes" project by Raúl Perez and Rodri Méndez. The grapes come from 45 to 70 year-old vines, mainly Mencia, but also Alicante and Bastardo. The vines are located in La Chantada, at the Northern tip of the Ribeira Sacra, mainly on granite soils.
Tinta de Toro (85%), Garnacha (15%)
This Páramos de Nicasia is Oriol & Susana's "village wine" in Toro. It comes from an old ungrafted vine in Villaester, North West of the Douro, on sandy soils. Besides the typical Tinta de Toro, one can find there quite a lot of Grenache and Malvasia. If you add to all of this Oriol's very traditional approach to winemaking, you get a really singular Toro.
Cabernet Sauvignon (60%), Syrah (20%), Tempranillo (20%)
Since 2016, Victoria Ordóñez has also been making red wine under the Sierras de Málaga DO. If she is still the "queen" of PX and Moscatel in Málaga, these reds surely deserve to appear on your table. The grapes come from high altitude vineyards surrounding the city of Málaga.
