This small boutique winery makes some of the best wines of its denomination. Clara and André only use the best grapes of the steepest slopes of their mountainous region. Their sweet wines are exceptional, and the dry reds and whites are also superb.

A sweet muscatel with natural residual sugar (no alcohol is added), Pizarroso is representative of its soils of shale/slate (pizarra). The name of the estate (Bentomiz) comes from the mountain top in front of the vineyard (altitude: 500 m).
