Palomino
75 cl.
2019
Palomino (60%), Moscatel (40%)
The Elixir cuvée is the perfect symbiosis between two terroirs: the poor sandy soils of Chipiona and the limestones of Sanlucar. This is a quite aromatic wine, but also full of complexity and very long on the palate.
2022
Bobal (100%)
2021
Bobal at its best. In the "not so exceptional" vintages, grapes from the Quincha Corral reinforce this Finca Terrerazo.
Merseguera
This is Mustiguillo's greatest white. But more than this, it illustrates the salvage of the Merseguera grape. The grapes come from old, organic, high altitude vines (900m) under continental climate influences. Limestone soils.
Furmint, Hárslevelü, Sárga Muskotály, Zéta
50 cl.
Furmint (100%)
This Mandolas is the dry white wine of the Hungarian estate of Vega Sicilia, Oremus. This estate is located in the Tokaj region, in a hilly part of North Eastern Hungary. Mandolas is the name of the terroir where the grapes come from, a place planted with Furmint, one of Hungary's most famous varietals. This cuvée was at the origin of a great revival, not only for Oremus, but for the whole region, because it was the first dry white to be made in Tokaj.

Albariño (100%)
2023
This "entry level wine" is really a top wine! Respectful of its terroir, elegant and complex, with a good ageing potentiel. Pazo means estate in the Galician language.
Viognier (100%)
One of the few Viogniers from Spain. Although Prieto Pariente is more focused on local varietals, they could not resist making a wine with the high quality grapes of this parcel of Viognier in La Seca (Rueda). The vines were planted in 1999 on a limestone terroir which is rich in magnesium, with good drainage and good exposure to the wind. The yield is 4.5 tonnes per hectare.
Garnatxa blanca, Macabeu
Diégo, Listán blanco, Listán Negro, Malvasía Volcánica
2020
The freakiest of all the Rofe cuvées. A field blend with red and white grapes. Hence its colour, habitually like a clarete, but a little lighter this year, so it qualifies for a white. A wild wine!
Diégo, Listán blanco, Listán Negro
Listán Negro
Diégo, Listán blanco, Malvasia
Pure Rofe Blanco is a blend of various terroirs all around Lanzarote. The common factor being the soils of black volcanic sand called 'rofe', locally.
The Puro Rofe Tinto is the blend of different terroirs throughout Lanzarote. However, the common thread is always the subsoil consisting of the typical black volcanic sand called "rofe".
